Waverly hits Target stores

MINNEAPOLIS -Target Stores will launch its exclusive Waverly Garden Room home furnishings collection on its website as well as in its stores later this month.

The collection, announced late last year, includes six floral patterns mixed with coordinates of solids, stripes, plaids and gingham checks, and embraces bedding, bath linens, bath accessories, kitchen textiles, kitchen accessories, dinnerware, serving ware, decorative home furnishings, stationery and gift-giving items.

Waverly will feature the Target program "on our website with a special icon and then hot link it to target.com," said Carolyn D'Angelo, vp, marketing and licensing for Waverly Lifestyle Group.

Waverly's Internet participation is more informational, while Target will be selling a vast selection of the Waverly Garden Room products.
