NEW YORK —
Dennis Basso, who has built his reputation as a furrier and fashion designer to the rich and famous, is branching into home textiles.
Basso has designed and will preview a collection of home fashions and bedding on Sept. 20 on cable television shopping channel QVC. All of the merchandise has been manufactured by Divatex.
The offerings will include comforter sets, shams, coverlets, sheets and throws with accents of faux mink, cheetah and lynx fur. The sheets are 100 percent, 300-count Egyptian cotton and coordinate with the coverlet. The comforter sets feature a jacquard print in ice blue with gold accents. While prices are subject to change, QVC said prices range from $24 for a pillowcase to $249.50 for a king-size comforter with shams.
We would love your feedback!
