Ashford Court calls Evergreen new parent

RICHMOND , Va. — Ashford Court is under the new majority ownership of home and garden gift and decorative item company Evergreen, also based here.

Evergreen operates three divisions — Cypress Home, a kitchen decor company; Evergreen Home and Garden, a gift and decorative item home and garden decor company; and Evergreen Flag, a decorative flag company.Evergreen is treatingAshford Courtas a company separate of its divisions, but one that can complement — in product offerings and distribution — Evergreen's divisions, and vice versa, owner Frank Qiu said.The original founders of Ashford Court — Amy Bell and Neil Zuber, among others — still retain minority ownership of the company.
