Factory 2-U names cfo

SAN DIEGO — Factory 2-U Stores Inc. today announced the appointment of Norman Dowling as the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Dowling, 41, joins Factory 2-U Stores from Petco Animal Supplies Inc., where he served as vice president, finance since November 1999.
