Las Vegas – Manufacturers serving the hospitality industry can move in year-round with the introduction of Hospitality at Las Vegas Design Center, set to open in 2009 as part of the World Market Center.
The hospitality showroom area, to comprise some 150,000 square feet, will be an expansion across an entire floor of the LVDC in Building C.
About 15% of World Market Center tenants and exhibitors currently sell into the hospitality sector, said Robert Maricich, president and ceo.
“Hospitality at Las Vegas Design Center will serve as an invaluable year-round resource for developers, architects, designers, specifiers and all decision makers in the hospitality purchasing process,” he said.
