NEW YORK — L&L Acquisitions, the new owner of 261 Fifth Avenue, plans to intensify the building's home textiles tenant assortment, according to David Levinson, partner.
"We bought the building because it is a home textiles building, and we intend to keep it that way," he continued. "We're going to take it a whole new level in terms of services and treatment of our tenants. Our plan is the raise the bar."
L&L acquired the building a month ago. The company may diversify about 10 percent of the space with related showrooms, like tabletop, gifts and home accessories companies, Levinson said.
