Hamden, Conn. — High-end bath accessories company Labrazel debuted its new Jamie Drake Collection at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York. Labrazel's partnership with the interior designer marks its first designer line.
Drake's clients range from Madonna to New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg. His recent renovation of the interiors of historic Gracie Mansion, the longtime ceremonial residence of the Mayor of New York City, has been widely praised by press and the design community.
Drake's line for Labrazel totals 15 groups and more than 200 skus. Fabrications include true lead crystal, stamped and embossed leather, pewter, ceramic, gold, silver and resin. Price points run to over $1,000 on some of the items in the collection.
“In the past, we've let the materials dictate the design,” said Brad Zeligson, Labrazel's founder and managing member. “Working with Jamie, we've let design take the lead.”
We would love your feedback!
