JCPenney chairman and ceo Mike Ullman was feted last week at the Fashion Institute of Technology Annual Gala in recognition of his leadership in the retail industry as well as his humanitarian pursuits. The event was hosted by FIT and the Educational Foundation for the Fashion Industries.
