Blair Corp. names vp, cfo

WARREN, PA —

Blair Corp., a national catalog and direct marketer of apparel and home products, has appointed Bryan Flanagan as vp and cfo, a new position.

Flanagan will oversee all financial functions, including operational analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury and capital structuring. Kent Sivillo, who had served as vp and treasurer, will continue in his duties with the new title of vp, finance.

With more than 27 years of financial experience, Flanagan most recently served as cfo and coo of Mattress Discounters Corp. He has also held senior management positions at General Electric, Marriott, and Security Capital Group.
