New York — WxL will bring an Italian flavor to the table this market, with the debut of its table linen line at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
"We've designed these linens for clients who want their entertaining to exude vitality and warmth," said Andrea Loreto, co-owner and ceo. "We hope that each of our creations will set the stage for great conversations and lead to innumerable memories of fine dining among friends."
Handmade in Italy, three collections will bow at the show, each available in 100 percent linen, 100 percent high-quality cotton, and a cotton/linen blend. Inspired by Flemish and Italian Renaissance painting, the Montebello group features natural scenes of butterflies in delicate embroidery. Traditional in style, splashes of color give the linens a touch of whimsy.
The collection targets the high end, she said. For example, a tablecloth in the Monticello line starts at $150 wholesale, and placemats start at $25. Napkins are also available.
We would love your feedback!
