NEW YORK -- Home Textiles Today invites suppliers that exhibited during New York Market Week to submit images of their “best of show” new products for the TiA -- the Textiles Innovation Award that spotlights the most trend-right textiles coming out of April Market.

The contest is open to all home textiles product categories.

The semi-annual competition – which debuted after the fall 2005 market and is sponsored by Imex Vinyl Packaging – is open to exhibitors that showed in showrooms, at hotels or at the New York Home Textiles Show during the New York Home Textiles Market earlier this month.

Great design and innovation will be awarded in six areas:

  1. Best Organic/Eco-Friendly New Product

  2. Best Modern Living Design

  3. Best Affordable Luxury Design

  4. Best Novelty Design

  5. Best Traditional Design

  6. Most Innovative New Product

Please send only one submission per design category.

HTT’s editors will narrow submissions and announce TiA nominees in the May 15 issue of the publication and through the HTT Extra e-newsletter. The industry will be invited to vote on the best of the best from May 15 through May 31 at www.hometextilestoday.com.
The winners will be announced in print and online June 5.

To participate, send a digital photo* of your best new product to httsamples@reedbusiness.com between now and 5 p.m. (EST) May 8.
