Accessories producer Caldeira arrives in United States

New York–TheUnited Kingdom’s leading decorative pillow and throw company is headed across the pond. Caldeira Ltd. has incorporated in theUnited Statesas Caldeira USA Inc. and taken a showroom here at261 Fifth Ave.The showroom will open in time for the next New York Home Furnishings Week (formerly the New York Home Textiles Market). The market runs from Feb. 12-16.

Caldeira, which also manufactures ready-made curtains, operates factories in the United Kingdom and China .

The company soon plans to announce hires for its U.S. staff. The New York office will target volume accounts in the United States and Canada . The U.S. staff of five – including four Americans – are expected to be on hand next month in Frankfurt when Caldeira shows at Heimtextil in Hall 4.0, Stand D71.
