Latham Joins Raxon Fabrics

Veteran high end decorative fabric executive Chris Latham has joined Raxon Fabrics as vp, sales, a new position.

Latham most recently was an independent agent representing Leo Schellens, Muller Zell, Gerns + Gahler and LA Mills. He will now be responsible for the sales of Raxon as well as the other divisions of Holland-based parent Vescon Group. He will not represent LA Mills.

Earlier Latham had been associated with Valdese Weavers and Backhausen,

"We believe the addition of Chris to this position at Raxon will contribute to the strategy of expanding the penetration of the Vescom Group in the North American market," said Philippe van Esch, Vescom Group president.

Andy Pacuk, Raxon president added, "We are happy that Chris has decided to join the team and its effort to bring unique and compelling product to our contract, hospitality and residential customer base."

He is based at Raxon's office at 261 Fifth Avenue in New York.
