Weatherproof enters home with United Feather & Renaissance-Fayette

NEW YORK -- Major outerwear and accessories brand Weatherproof has just entered the home textiles arena with two licensees: United Feather & Down for utility bedding products, and Renaissance-Fayette for flannel sheet sets, micro-fiber blankets/throws and thermal blankets.
Bedding products in the new Weatherproof collection are designed to be durable, long-lasting and easy to care for.
According to Charles Schlang, CEO of joint-venture operation Renaissance-Fayette, “We are taking on a contrarian approach to home textiles by focusing on cold-weather items first. In light of what’s going on with fuel costs and natural gas prices, it’s a wonderful collection to help consumers save on energy costs.”
