By Staff -- Home Textiles Today, 1/17/2005 12:00:00 AM

The India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) will hold Tex-Styles India 2005 from Feb. 26 to March 1 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Growing since it was first held in 1995, the 2004 show attracted over 12,000 buyers including 4,200 overseas buyers from 96 countries. Over 300 Indian manufacturing and exporting companies from the handloom, power loom and composite mill sectors are participating in the 2005 show.

The show's profile includes company's exhibiting furnishings and made ups, matching accessories for homes; fabrics of rare-blends and finer count in cottons, pure and blended silks/woolens; denims, linens and blends, jute fabrics, textiles gifts, trims and accessories.

The fair will also feature special pavilions, such as the Fabric Folio, Trend Forum, Theme Pavilion, etc.

Tex-Styles India 2005 is organized concurrently with three other major international events — Indian Handicrafts & Gifts Fair, Jute India and India Carpet Expo — at the same venue, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
