Barrow Industries, parent company of Barrow Fabrics, Merrimac Textiles and JD Fabrics Ltd., is launching a home textiles division — Barrow Home Fashions.

Barrow, an international home furnishings company specializing in the design and converting of upholstery fabrics, has formed a home textiles division designing, marketing and selling products directly to the retail trade. Initial product offerings will include bedding collections, window treatments, and decorative pillows.

Stacey Vega has recently joined the company as vice president, home fashions division. She has held positions at Dan River, Springs Industries and Natco Products.

Cara Shaw has also joined the company as product development manager/designer to handle the design and technical merchandising of all product development and will report to Vega. Shaw recently left Natco.
