Pierre Deux adds on

WESTPORT, CT —

High-end furnishings company Pierre Deux will open its 14th US store here Dec. 12 in a location adjacent to the Westport Country Playhouse.

At 1,900 square feet, the store will include Pierre Deux's new bedding and bath category, along with a custom design center displaying its fabrics and wallpapers. The company introduced finished bedding and bath to its stores in July.

"This new store continues our expansion in affluent suburban markets across the country, where we have had outstanding success," said Hedwige Cointreau de Bouteville, president and creative director. "The Westport store location enables us to showcase our growing collection of products in a residential atmosphere.

Last month, the company opened a store in Ardmore, PA.
