GHTA Opens Doors to Members and Newcomers

The Gift & Home Trade Association is staking a suite at the AmericasMart next month during the Gift, Home Furnishings and Area Rug markets to acquaint members and non-members with new benefits and initiatives being implemented by the group.

The group is offering information on government regulations that affect their businesses, industry data, a website to share with independent retailers, sales e-seminars and discounted credit card processing.

GHTA will operate from a hospitality suite at #1238, in Building 2. A happy hour is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 on July 10 at the suite.

In related news, the GHTA is also launching a new retailer website, www.IndependentRetailer.biz, and will present it during the markets.
