JCP Fetes Supplier Leaders

Bedding supplier Extreme Linen and shades and blinds window supplier Wholespace Industries were awarded the overall company award at the JCPenney Suppliers Summit meeting on May 22.

Extreme Linen, which also won the award for 2005, was cited by the Home Division, while Wholespace was cited by jcp.com.

In divisional awards, Carpenter Co. won for the home division in soft home, while Home Fashions International was cited ion the catalog/internet segment.

The awards are presented at the company's annual summit meeting of suppliers and JCPenney execs. The recipients are cited for sales and margin performance, innovation, quality and bringing new ideas to Penney.
