Textiles Vendors Prep New Wares at 230 Fifth Ave.

Several showrooms at the 230 Fifth Avenue New York MarketCenter have announced new product introductions that will be on display for the New York Home Fashions Market.
Design Weave USA, Suite 1610, will debut DreamAire bedding with Outlast brand temperature regulating technology. The collection includes 400TC combed cotton sheets, combed cotton pillowcases and a luxurious heavyweight flannel blanket, all containing Outlast – which was originally developed for NASA for use in astronaut gloves and other spacesuit applications.Euroletto Linens & Home, Inc. is now located in Lobby Suite 10, which has its own private street entrance. In addition to its private label programs for retailers, the company has acquired two new lines – Colomba Living and Greenhorn Trading Company.Colomba Living, known for pre-washed linens, ranges from bedding, bath, tabletop, and home accessories to loungewear all made from natural fibers — linen, cotton, silk and wool. Colomba was started in 1982 by Marcela Hernandez in Santiago, Chile as a contemporary clothing line for women. In 1995, she expanded into home textile products and has since unveiled a collection of linen tablecloths, pillow cases and throws, among other items.Greenhorn Trading Company, renowned for its Scottish Cashmere Collection of throws, has inaugurated baby, bedding, kitchen, bath and tabletop items. Manufacturing and importing from Scotland since 1984, Greenhorn’s latest products include the Linen Mist Collection of napkins made of linen voile in a variety of solids and plaids; and their Prague throw, made of lambswool and angora.Greenland Home Fashions, Suite 816, has debuted the Just for Kids Collection, which includes Sunny Day, featuring puppy dogs and song birds frolicking with Sunbonnet Sue as she carries baskets and pushes toy carts through her garden on this adorable 100% cotton quilt set inspired by the Dutch-Amish lifestyle.
New to their quilted bedding collection is the Block Print Quilt Set, oversized for better mattress coverage and featuring a filigree print in sage on an ivory background.
Luxury Home Textile, Inc. has opened a new showroom in Suite 1606, offering an array of home textile products such as high quality comforters, curtains and blankets. As an importer with over 20 years of retail experience, their wholesale company has been successful with home décor for the past six years, the company said. New products include Paris and Woven Stripe curtain collections, made from 100% polyester, as well as their Squares Bedding Collection, also all-poly.The Mega International, Inc. has inaugurated their showroom in Suite 405A to spotlight softlines for the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room. Some of their newest products include a 1,000 thread count sheet set and the Pink Dream bedding set for kids.Textiles Plus, Inc. has expanded and relocated to Suite 1309 where they will showcase home textile products for bed, bath, kitchen, table and more. With most of their products in stock in their Southern California warehouse, they have the capability of immediate delivery for both small and large orders.United Linens, Suite 1101, will introduce the Jessica collection of table linens, made of machine washable 100% polyester. The tablecloths offer metallic embroidery with embellished flowers and an intricate lace border. Matching kitchen curtains are available.
