Grand Prairie, Texas – Westgate Interiors has reached an agreement for Rosedale Draperies, Inc. of Montreal to be its exclusive sales agency in Canada. Westgate’s Payne brand also will be represented by Rosedale.
The agreement with Rosedale with its 16 sales representatives will greatly increase the distribution of Westgate and Payne product in Canada. Rosedale also will directly service and fill orders for the Canadian market through its main offices and warehouse in Montreal.
Westgate is a unit of ADF-HFI. Rosedale, a wholly owned subsidiary of Versailles Home Fashions, is the exclusive distributor of Plein Jour high end wide width sheers from France, and Curtains Up special order hardware. Robert Gibbons, president of Rosedale and Versailles, said the Westgate and Payne lines will be introduced during the upcoming Salon International Decors & Tendances show in Montreal from April 11 through April 13.
