Plano, Texas -- Steve Castella has been promoted to director of design for soft home at JCPenney, part of a major expansion of the product development and design functions for the company.
Castella, who continues to report to Deb Evans, vp, product development/design for home, had been senior product manager, soft home.
Janie Leonard, national sales manager for Peking Handicraft, will join JCPenney later this month as senior designer, soft home.
In other expansions of the division, Renee Dubois and Brian Lintner will join the company as designers in decorative hard home and hard home respectively.
“As the JCPenney home business has grown, we are expanding the home team and the design team, and will add even more people now and over the next years,” Evans related.
We would love your feedback!
