Value City gives Rossler ceo title

COLUMBUS, OH —

Value City Department Stores has named John Rossler ceo in addition to his title as president. He succeeds George Kolber, who has left the company to pursue other interests.

Appointed president of Value City in January, Rossler had a 20-year career with the company's Shonac and DSW divisions, including such positions as president, coo, evp and cfo.
