Georgia officials fete Nourison DC opening

Calhoun,Ga.– State and local officials joined Nourison staff and executives at yesterday’s ribbon-cutting ceremony for the rug supplier’s new warehouse and distribution center here. Mayor Jimmy Palmer welcomed the addition of the 300,000 square foot, state-of-the-art carpet and rug DC to the local economy. Principals of local construction company Fox & Brindle, builders of the site, also attended. Nearly 100 guests including local county officials, merchants, customers and press enjoyed a gourmet barbecue and tour of the facilities.
