Target taps ex-Springs designer

Minneapolis — Former Springs design chief Nancy Webster has joined Target Corp. as vp of trend design & corp. In June, Webster exited Springs Industries, where she had been senior vp of creative development.
Webster joined Springs in 1998 as vp of creative development, bed and bath. She had earlier been design director at Fieldcrest Cannon Inc. Her position at Springs was succeeded by Gary Filippone.
