PLEASANTON, CA -A new e-marketplace will be available to textile manufacturers and buyers.
The Royal Group of Monaco allied itself with Commerce One to build a global business-to-business e-marketplace.
Aimed at interconnecting global textile companies, enhancing supply chains, increasing efficiency, reducing costs and providing a unified e-commerce platform for the worldwide textile industry, the new site will be called Textile Global Trade and will hopefully help companies manage the business processes and multi-company interconnections common in textile industry supply chains.
"The Royal Group wanted a leading e-marketplace solution to leverage the power of the Internet in managing the complete end-to-end supply chain," said Paul Taylor, vp and gm of Commerce One. "Commerce One plans to work with The Royal Group to deliver that capability in TGT."
We would love your feedback!
