Big changes at Sander Sales

Edison , N.J. – Sander Sales is in expansion mode, adding people, showroom space, a new product category, and an off-shore office in China .

The 27-year-old company recently expanded its New York showroom at 230 Fifth Avenue , adding 2,000 sq. ft. Along with the new space has come a larger design staff and updated CAD technology headed up by executive vp of sales and design Janet Gatehouse.

The company is now in the process of recruiting sales talent for an expansion of the selling team.

Sanders’ six-month-old office in Shanghai now employs about 30 people in product development and quality control. The Shanghai office adds to the ability to work with partners there and in such territories as Pakistan and Israel .

For February Market Week, Sanders Sales will enter the decorative pillow category. The company will also highlight new collections of luxury woven beds at volume-driven price points and window treatments, as well as its established lines of sheets and printed bedding ensembles.
