Nourison appoints Cross to head Georgia operations

Saddle Brook, N.J. – Nourison recently appointed John Cross to the newly created position of director of Georgia operations. He reports directly to vp Andrew Peykar.

Cross brings more than 15 years of career experience in the floor-covering industry. In his new stint, he is based at the company's Calhoun, Ga., broadloom warehouse, where he oversees order processing, shipping and inventory control. He is responsible for handling claims management, including the scheduling of on-site inspections, return authorizations and settlement negotiations. He is also the principal liaison between the Georgia operations and the company’s corporate headquarters here.

"We are confident that John will play a crucial role in our plan for continuing innovation and optimum effectiveness in our customer outreach," Peykar said.
