Towellers taps Moss

KARACHI, Pakistan -- Towellers Ltd. has hired industry veteran Jeff Moss to head its U.S. sales and marketing operations, effective Dec. 1.

Moss will be based in Towellers’ New York showroom at 303 Fifth Ave. His responsibility will be to grow Towellers’ U.S. market share in all product categories: towels, blankets, bed-in-a-bag, comforter sets, kitchen textiles and mattress pads.

Moss spent the past two years as vice president of U.S. sales for Indian manufacturer Modern Terry Towels. For five years prior to that, he was vice president of marketing at Pillowtex. His career also includes stints at Leschner, Bibb and J.P. Stevens.
