BOCA RATON, FLA. —
Sandy McNeil, president of the fashion-bedding division at Hollander Home Fashions, will resign from the company Jan. 16 to pursue an opportunity at another firm. Hollander began searching for a replacement after informing its staff of McNeil's upcoming departure.
McNeil has been with Hollander since 1994, when she started as an account executive in the basic-bedding division.
In May 2003, she assumed the title of president of fashion bedding, responsible for all aspects of merchandising, marketing and sales management for the division.
In her nine-year tenure, McNeil held positions of increasing responsibility and is credited with launching the Laura Ashley utility license and increasing business in the fashion-bedding division a minimum of 30 percent through 2004, according to company president and chief operating officer Jeff Hollander.
"Sandy has been very successful at Hollander and has contributed to our growth in both basics and the fashion-bedding division," says Hollander. "Under her tenure, there will be nice growth of at least 30 percent in 2004 with a lot of new business on the books. We appreciate her contributions and wish her the best of luck in the future."
We would love your feedback!
