Kmart makes exec changes

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. -- Kmart has named Donald Germano senior vice president and general manager for Kmart stores and Dene Rogers executive vice president, restructuring and business improvement. &?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />&o:p>&/o:p>

Germano previously served as vice president of inventory management and replenishment. Rogers previously served as executive vice president of Kmart stores.&o:p>&/o:p>

Germano reports to Aylwin Lewis, CEO and president of Sears Holdings. Rogers will report to William Crowley, executive vice president, and chief financial and administrative officer. &o:p>&/o:p>
