NexCen appoints chief marketing officer, cfo

New York -- Brand management company NexCen Brands has appointed Joseph DiMuro evp and chief marketing officer; and named Kenneth Hall, evp, cfo and treasurer.
DiMuro most recently was evp and gm at Sony BMG Entertainment, where he managed TV, film, commercial-advertising licensing, digital/mobile-content platform development, new product and joint-venture initiatives in addition to corporate/strategic business development. He was also the chief strategic architect behind the global re-branding of the Elvis Presley recording masters, resulting in worldwide sales in excess of $250 million.
Hall was most recently cfo and treasurer of Seevast Corp., an online-media holding company comprised of ad networks Pulse 360 and Kanoodle, and a domain asset management company, Moniker, which was recently sold. He has more than 25 years financial and operating experience. Hall replaces David Meister, who is leaving the company.
