NEW YORK -- Veratex recently unveiled several fresh looks in bedding that it hasn’t explored before as well as new bath rug constructions, natural materials in bath accessories.
The company showed new bath rugs such as a yarn-dye woven, a microfiber construction and a design with an ombre effect. Natural materials were also a big trend in bath accessories, especially marble and mother of pearl accents, as well as novelty themes.
Creating broader appeal and lifestyle presentation in bedding, according to company executives, were: Martinique, a printed overscale tropical floral; Pasha, a bohemian hi/low chenille in paisley motif; Olivia, an overscale botanical on a pale yellow ground; Angelique, a casual bloom motif printed on a cotton jacquard in coral and green; Paulette, a sophisticated French country look with floral vine motif; and Chloe, a printed floral of sketched giant roses on cotton.
