Springs ceo joins JPMorgan Chase board

New York— Springs Global US chairman and ceo Crandall Bowles has been elected to the board of directors of JPMorgan Chase and Co.
Bowles will serve on the company’s audit and public responsibility committees. JPMorgan Chase has assets of $1.3 trillion and operations in more than 50 countries.
Bowles is also a member of the boards of Deere & Co., the Maya Angelou Research Center on Minority Health and the African Wildlife Foundation. She is a member of The Business Council, The Business Roundtable and the Committee of 200.
Following Springs’ spin-off and merger with Coteminas of Brazil, she also serves as co-chairman and co-ceo of Springs Global, which has revenues of about $2 billion annually.
