A.L. Ellis/Patriot gets new showroom

PLYMOUTH, MA —

A.L. Ellis/Patriot Curtain is moving on up in 261 Fifth Ave.

The soft window coverings manufacturer is moving to a new showroom space from its original digs in Suite 309, which it shared with KlearVu Chair Pads. Now located in Suite 1905, Ellis/Patriot is essentially doubling its showroom thanks to the move. In addition to its full breadth of products under the Ellis and Patriot brands, a dedicated space will feature window toppers.

"We're extremely excited about the move," said Alan Paverman, vp of sales and marketing for the fourth generation, 80-year-old company.

"With the amount of new product we need to show, we needed a larger space to do it properly. Our business has grown over the past few years, and we are now at the point of needing more showroom space, warranting this move."

The new space, he added, will be open in plenty of time for the March home textiles market in New York.
