MONTICELLO, AR —
The Burlington Rug Corp. and its Monticello Floors division have appointed two new executives to lead manufacturing.
Bob Pfautz has been named senior vp, gm, and Larry Jeffers is director of manufacturing. Both report to Saeid Korhani, chairman and ceo.
The company created the new posts to streamline operations to meet growth in current orders and future demand projections from its key customers.
Pfautz spent the past 20-plus years working for Century Tube Corporation, most recently as president and coo.
"Bob is just the right man at the right time for company, " said Korhani. "With our recent surge in new business and future demand, we required a seasoned, take-charge person to lead our production and distribution people and manage our facilities, so that we continue to meet our customer's expectations as our business increases. "
Jeffers is a 30-year veteran of the carpet and rug manufacturing industry. He returns to the Monticello facility, which he operated from 1995 to 1999.
"Larry is one of the key individuals we need immediately to meet our increased business and the growing demand for Burlington Rugs and Monticello Floors products," Korhani added.
We would love your feedback!
