Town & Country Living goes to the beach

At the New York Market – Town & Country Living is launching into the beach towel category.

The new business unit will be directed by Ronnie Gindi, vp of beach. He was formerly head of the home division at apparel company Sara Max.

“We are excited about expanding our business into the beach category,” said David Beyda, chairman of Town & Country Living.  “Launching the Beach by Town & Country division will be a great fit within the Town & Country family of products and brands. Ronnie is well established in the marketplace and is known for his entrepreneurial spirit.” 

Joining Gindi in the division is Melissa Nunziato, design director – beach; Jeanelle Benons, sales assistant: and Chris Charles, CAD designer – beach.   

Beach collections showing this market include licensed designed from Animal Planet, Coppertone, Pepsi and Mountain Dew will be introduced. 

Shipments will begin next month.
