HomeBase names new asst. vp, investing

IRVINE, CA -HomeBase promoted Michele Feller to assistant vp of investor relations, reporting to William Langsdorf, executive vp and cfo.
Feller will oversee investor relations and corporate communications, including managing the company's relationships with the investment community and other shareholder-related issues, as well as media relations, serving as a spokesperson for the company on corporate and financial matters.
With 10 years of experience, Feller joined the company in 1999 as director of investor relations. Prior to joining HomeBase, she was a vp at Pondel/Wilkinson Group, a Los Angeles-based investor relations consulting firm.
"We are very pleased to announce Michele's promotion," said Langsdorf. "Her experience will serve us well as we move forward with our plans to transform the company through a broad expansion of our new House2Home home decorating stores and step up our efforts to communicate our story to the investment community and a variety of other important constituencies."
