Falk named partner at Westover

ATHERTON, CA —

Westover & Associates, an executive search firm for the home fashions industry, recently promoted Michelle Falk to partner and vp, executive recruiting.

Since joining Westover & Associates in 1999 as director of executive recruiting, Falk led Westover & Associates from an executive search firm specializing primarily in mid-level sales positions to a high-level search firm specializing in chief executives, presidents and vice presidents in sales and marketing, design and product development.

Prior to joining Westover & Associates, Falk served as senior vp of the bedding and window division for Hollander Home Fashion.

She also held positions with Arley Corp. as vp, sales and marketing and various sales and marketing posts with the Wamsutta division of Springs Industries.

In her new role as a partner, she will be responsible for the growth and development of all executive recruiting. Falk, based in Westover's New York office, reports to Catherine Westover, president.
