DuPont may sell DTI to Koch Industries

Wilmington, DE — DuPont said it is in exclusive negotiations with subsidiaries of Koch Industries Inc., Wichita, KN, regarding the possible sale of DuPont Textiles & Interiors.
DuPont said it will not make any further announcement until a definitive agreement has been signed or discussions have been concluded.
DuPont had previously acknowledged that it hoped to sell or spin off the DTI division by the end of 2003.
