DiPrima adds Parisian's decorative home biz to duties

Birmingham, AL — Doug DiPrima, senior vp/gmm, cosmetics, shoes, accessories and intimate apparel for Saks' Parisian division, will assume the responsibility of the decorative home business as well, the parent company announced. DiPrima will continue to report to Rob Gruen, president and ceo of Parisian.
The home area, which includes both soft and hard goods, is a new responsibility for the gmm position, the company said. Ray Brooks, dmm, home, will now report to DiPrima.
DiPrima joined Parisian in 1986 as a buyer and was promoted to divisional vp/dmm for shoes in 1994. He was promoted to his most recent post in 1998.
