Hollander shifts NY office; grows showroom

NEW YORK —

Looking to accommodate the growth of its fashion bedding division and create more room for its designer showcase, Hollander Home Fashions is relocating its offices here.

Expected to be completed by Sept. 30, the company is moving its fashion bedding design and management offices to the entire 26th floor of 110 W. 40th St. from its showroom address at 1071 Avenue of the Americas.

The newly expanded showroom will house the company's three design licenses, including Karen Neuburger, Simmons Beautyrest, Laura Ashley, as well as the Hollander branded line of products. The showroom has been expanded by more than 2,000 square feet to a total of 13,000 square feet.

"This move emphasizes Hollander's commitment to its designer brands and the ability to effectively showcase products," said Sandy McNeil, senior vp, Hollander fashion bedding division. "additionally, our new workspace will accommodate both our design studio and our staff as we continue to grow."
