Coldwater Creek adds EasyAsk

LITTLETON, MA -Coldwater Creek, a catalog and e-commerce retailer in apparel, gift and home goods, will soon implement EasyAsk on its websites.
With its language-understanding search technology, EasyAsk will give customers more precise searching abilities. A person may type in, "pearl earrings under $100," for example, and EasyAsk will present only those products, the company said.
The company added that this technology also allows merchants to limit searches to items that are in stock.
