New York — Table linens importer Lintex Linens, which also owns and operates the Cobra/Espalma beach and bath towel division, after 15 years is moving into a bigger showroom space at 295 Fifth Avenue.
The new space, suite #1705, is about 5,500 square feet and was the former site of Ex-Cell Home Fashions' Madison Landing division, which moved down to Ex-Cell's sixth floor space last summer.
Taking Lintex's current space, which is 5,000 square feet, is Mohawk Home's upscale Newmark division, which is currently located in the 261 Fifth Avenue building. With the addition of the new space, which is adjacent to Mohawk's current space in suite #718, Mohawk will occupy 15,000 square feet on the seventh floor — almost half of the floor's 36,000 sq. ft. of space.
