Evans Adds Duties at Cracker Barrel

Lebanon, Tenn. —

Deborah Evans has assumed responsibilities for retail merchandising at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store where she has been vp, product development since April when she joined the company.

Her new title is vp, general merchandise manager/product development; she now supervises merchandising, product development, quality and sourcing.

Evans continues to report to Terry Maxwell, svp of retail, who said, "We are very pleased that Deb has fit in so well with the Cracker Barrel culture and business and that she is ready to accept these additional responsibilities. She will be working closely with our merchants, store management teams, and the planning and allocation function to develop an organization that maximizes the brand equity with the restaurant division."

Prior to joining Cracker Barrel, Evans was vp, product development/design for home at JCPenney, and earlier had been with Kohl's.
