Panorama City, Calif. —
Veratex has appointed Kevin Kennedy to head its flooring division, which the company launched at the beginning of this year.
He replaces James Saleh, who left the company to pursue other opportunities.
“This is a whole new area for Veratex, and we needed someone with Kevin's professionalism and expertise to run this division,” said Dale Talbert, vice president, to whom Kennedy reports.
In his new post, Kennedy will be responsible for all aspects of the flooring division, from design and product development to sourcing, selling and shipping. Kennedy was most recently president of the Glenoit Consumer Products division.
