Raymond Waites Adds Blankets

Raymond Waites Designs launched a blanket collection earlier this month.

"We saw that the blanket category was dominated by solid color styles and man-made fibers," explained Michael Vidra, president of Raymond Waites Designs and Next Creations, which produces and sells the designer's bedding products. "We decided to develop blanket product that has better design and quality but still with very good value."

The blanket collection consists of eight designs — all jacquards, and woven of 100% heavyweight cotton with a luxurious hand and quality. Styles include traditional English herringbones, bold cables and modern stripes; each is offered in two colors. "There are great jacquard designs and fashionable colors, all under $100," Vidra noted.

The queen 92-inch by 96-inch size is $79.99.
