Rug Pavilion created for show

WHITE PLAINS, NY —
Recognizing the important role of area rugs, the spring New York Home Textiles Show will feature the new Rug Pavilion to more adequately showcase the wares of its area rug exhibitors.
The pavilion will group the show's rug exhibitors and resources in a specially designated area with the intention of making it easier for vendors and buyers focused on the category to navigate the show.
The pavilion will include about 20 area rug suppliers, including Hellenic Rugs, Michaelian & Kohlberg, Safavieh, Shari Cornish, Uzite and YMF, which represent a global diversity of the category from traditional to contemporary styling and hand-woven to machine-made constructions.
The New York Home Textiles Show is scheduled for April 12 to 15 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.
