Basic bedding producer Westex International Ltd. acquired ironing board covers produced for Sewrite Group by its Chinese supplier — not the rights to the Sewrite ironing board cover business — said Ellis Chitiz, president of Westex. An HTT story (Jan. 12, page 42) concerning this transaction was unclear.
