Crestmont acquires some assets of Jablan Fabrics

HAUPPAUGE , N.Y. — Crestmont Fabrics has acquired certain assets and inventories of fabric converter Jablan Fabrics.
Paul Harris, Crestmont president, said the company will begin shipping the selected multi-purpose fabrics as of today from its facility here. For information about specific fabric availability, contact Stewart Jervis, vice president, sales at (631) 851-0950.
Earlier, Crestmont acquired 600 skus of the former converter Lanscot-Arlen. The purchase price was not disclosed.
